For more information, visit Worley.com Worley is currently recruiting for a PMC Lead HSE Engineer (Process Safety) with extensive experience Gas Processing plants. - Review and approve FFED / EPC Contractor's deliverables and ensure compliance with Contract obligations, Project specifications, relevant codes and standards, design philosophy, and Industry best practices. - Ensure engineering works are performed to meet project schedules and that completed works are delivered safely and in a timely manner - Coordinate all communications and meetings with the Contractors regarding engineering/design requirements as they may arise. - Actively manage Contractor's HSE process of hazard identification (HAZID), including risk analysis and mitigation. - Participate in Layout, P&lD, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, Layout Safety Reviews, PSSR, constructability reviews, 3D Model reviews, safety audits, QRA workshops, etc. - Attend internal progress and engineering meetings as required with the Contractors. - To ensure uniformity and standardization compatibility at optimum levels in design and engineering in all phases of the project. - To manage and audit the work of Contractor and ensure that quality and standards are maintained, and costs effective solutions are adopted. - To ensure the design works of Contractor are in accordance with the scope of work and project technical specifications. - Review Action Tracking Registers and ensure close out of all process safety actions arising out of key reviews, workshops, HSSEQ studies, safety related concerns, etc. - Review Emergency Response procedures and plans for Loss Prevention inputs including alignment with Owner specifications and standards etc.

Requirement · Bachelor's Degree in engineering · Previous experience as PMC Consultant is required · Experience of Projects involving Gas Processing plants. pipelines etc.
