Job Description

Tabani Real Estate LLC is seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with proven experience in real estate brokerage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and managing high-quality leads to support the sales team and drive business growth. The candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years of continuous working experience with the same company, demonstrating strong performance and consistency.

Responsibilities -

Generate qualified leads through various channels including digital platforms, portals, campaigns, cold calling, and referrals. Identify and target potential clients interested in buying, selling, or leasing properties. Pre-qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-ups. Maintain and update lead information accurately in the CRM system. Monitor lead conversion rates and continuously improve lead generation strategies. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns and outreach efforts. Conduct market research to identify new lead sources and opportunities. Prepare regular reports on lead generation performance and results.

Requirements -

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate brokerage in a lead generation or similar role. At least 2-3 years of continuous working experience with the same company, with proven and verifiable performance records. Strong understanding of UAE real estate market and brokerage operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet lead targets consistently. Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and online lead generation tools. Strong negotiation, follow-up, and client-handling skills.

Experience working with property portals and digital marketing campaigns. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze lead performance metrics. Goal-oriented with a strong focus on results and conversions.
