Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Lead Generation Specialist to focus on acquiring clients for our real estate projects and investment opportunities. As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for overseeing all digital marketing initiatives, including lead generation, conducting market research, and actively engaging with the business to enhance the performance of our digital strategies. You will play a key role in shaping the company's marketing strategy across digital, web, video, and social media channels.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lead generation and marketing strategies. Generate and collaborate with sales team to nurture leads through targeted social media advertising and engagement strategies like email marketing. Track and analyse digital marketing performance. Conduct continuous monitoring and optimization of performance, including SEO, SEM, PPC and provide detailed reports. Create and maintain digital marketing reports. Manage and oversee the digital marketing budget. Create and share engaging daily content, including SMS and Email blast, images, and videos that promote the company's brand. Hands-on experience in lead generation for real estate. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Capability to onboard marketing agencies for outsourced lead generation. Attend networking events and open houses to promote our services and generate leads.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role with a focus on lead generation. Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics). Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising. Proficient in CRM software and marketing automation tools. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions. Creative mindset with a focus on delivering innovative marketing strategies. Experience in real estate is essential.
