JWD Real Estate is a boutique real estate firm based in Dubai, focused on redefining client experience through transparency, efficiency, and results. With a growing presence in both off-plan and secondary markets, we're now expanding our team to build stronger pipelines and generate quality leads through direct outreach. We are looking for a driven and confident Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. This person will be the first point of contact with potential clients--sparking interest, generating qualified leads, and booking appointments for our agents.
Tasks

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective buyers, sellers, and renters daily
• Qualify and screen leads to ensure quality and intent
• Log interactions and update CRM with lead information
• Book appointments or follow-ups for our real estate agents
• Work closely with the sales team to align strategy and messaging
• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly lead generation targets

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other language is a plus)
• A fearless and energetic attitude toward cold calling
• Basic knowledge of real estate is preferred, but not required
• Able to work independently with a proactive mindset
• Must be based in Dubai and legally eligible to work
