What You'll Be Doing:
Plan, execute, and scale
paid campaigns
across Meta and Google Ads targeting Dubai and international property buyers
Manage audience targeting, budget allocation, and creative testing
Build and optimize
landing pages and funnels
to maximize lead conversions
Track and report on
CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and conversion rates
Set up
retargeting campaigns
, A/B testing, and performance audits

Monitor post-lead activity and feedback to improve targeting and performance
Requirements:
Proven success running
high-ROI real estate lead gen campaigns
Strong experience with
Meta Ads Manager
,
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
, and
Google Analytics
Familiar with
landing page optimization

CRM systems
, and
lead funnels
Data-driven mindset -- able to work with clear KPIs and campaign ROI goals
Real estate experience in Dubai is
