The Role

We're looking for a

results-driven Lead Generation Specialist

to fuel our clinic's growth. You will focus on

identifying and converting potential clients

, while also

supporting upselling strategies

to maximize our full range of service offerings. You'll be the engine behind our client acquisition and revenue growth--playing a critical role in expanding our patient base and brand reach.

Key Responsibilities

Identify new lead opportunities across digital, social, and offline platforms Build and manage lead funnels using CRM and marketing automation tools Conduct market research to segment and target high-value audiences Coordinate with marketing and sales to implement campaigns and optimize performance Nurture relationships with prospects via email, WhatsApp, and calls Proactively support

upselling and cross-selling efforts

to boost patient value Monitor and report lead performance metrics, conversion rates, and ROI Continuously test and refine strategies to improve lead quality and volume

Requirements

Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or marketing Strong communication and persuasion skills Proficiency in CRM platforms like Zoho, HubSpot, or similar Experience in healthcare, wellness, or aesthetics is a

strong advantage

Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and adapt in a fast-paced setting High attention to detail and data-driven thinking
