The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new sales leads for the real estate team. The role involves researching potential clients, building and maintaining a lead database, and coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into property sales or leases.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through online research, social media.
Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and buying potential.
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information.
Follow up with prospective clients to nurture leads until conversion.
Coordinate with marketing to support lead generation campaigns.
Analyze and report weekly/monthly lead generation performance.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor listings, and pricing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation (preferably in real estate).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple leads and follow up efficiently.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Basic understanding of real estate market and customer needs.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Base salary + Attractive commission structure
