Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist - Real Estate
Job Purpose:
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing prospective clients interested in real estate properties. The role requires strong research, communication, and networking skills to ensure a consistent pipeline of quality leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new real estate leads through online platforms, property portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Contact potential clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce company services and available properties.
Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and requirements before forwarding them to the sales/agent team.
Maintain and update the company CRM with accurate client information and interaction history.
Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and encourage property viewings.
Coordinate with property consultants and sales agents to schedule meetings and viewings.
Track, report, and analyze lead generation performance against set targets.
Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends, communities, and project launches to better pitch properties to clients.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in lead generation, preferably within the real estate industry in Dubai/UAE.
Strong knowledge of property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.) and online lead generation techniques.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Fluency in English required; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, etc.) are a plus.
