Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute lead generation strategies across multiple digital channels (social media, email, paid ads, SEO, affiliate marketing, etc.).
Research and identify potential customers within the iGaming or FinTech space.
Manage and optimize campaigns to improve CPL (cost per lead) and ROI.
Build, segment, and maintain lead databases/CRM systems.
Nurture leads through effective follow-ups, personalized content, and targeted outreach.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead gen strategies with business goals.
Monitor KPIs and provide detailed reports on lead performance and conversion.
Stay updated with trends in iGaming, FinTech, and digital marketing to ensure innovative approaches.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
2-4 years of proven experience
in lead generation within
iGaming or FinTech
.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, email campaigns, affiliates).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Knowledge of compliance regulations in iGaming/FinTech marketing.
Experience in international lead generation campaigns.
Multilingual skills.
