Job Overview:

Property Shop Investment is seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Campaigner to execute and manage lead generation campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns to generate high-quality leads in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute lead generation campaigns

across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams

to align campaign strategies with business goals.

Monitor campaign performance

daily and optimize based on KPIs including CPL (Cost per Lead), CTR, and conversion rates.

A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign settings

to improve results. Utilize CRM tools to

track, manage, and analyze lead flow

and ensure timely handover to sales teams. Work with the design and content teams to develop

engaging creatives and ad copies

. Stay updated on

market trends, platform changes, and competitor strategies

in the UAE real estate space.

Generate weekly and monthly reports

highlighting performance, insights, and recommendations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing or lead generation, preferably in the

real estate sector

. Strong understanding of

digital ad platforms

(Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.). Experience with

CRM tools

(HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Analytical mindset with the ability to

interpret data and optimize campaigns

accordingly. Knowledge of

SEO, SEM, and marketing automation

is a plus.

Excellent communication skills

in English; Arabic is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a similar role. Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot is a strong advantage. Experience working in the

UAE or GCC real estate market
