Lead Generation & Call Center Agent

Location: Remote work

Salary: 1000 per month + attractive commission

We are not looking for an ordinary telephone operator, but a professional "opportunity hunter" capable of generating and qualifying leads into genuine prospects interested in immediate contracting.

Responsibilities:

Respond immediately (less than one minute) to all customer inquiries coming from advertising campaigns. Qualify clients and build trust to convert them into prospects interested in annual contracts or individual services. Efficiently use the cloud-based "Call Center System" to record calls and accurately classify client data. Achieve monthly conversion targets from calls to actual branch visits (appointments) of no less than 5%. Provide daily reports on lead quality and feedback to the marketing department.

Skills:

Exceptional communication and persuasion skills over the phone with an ability to handle various personalities. Quick-wittedness and the ability to explain complex services in a simple and attractive manner. Full discipline in using technical systems (CRM and Call Center System).
