Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Extensive experience in pipeline construction and maintenance.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of industry standards (API, ASME, etc.) and safety regulations.
Ability to work in challenging field conditions.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
