Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance in Sitecore development, overseeing the end-to-end implementation of Sitecore-based solutions.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to understand project requirements, define solution architectures, and create technical designs for Sitecore implementations.
• Sitecore Development: Lead and participate in Sitecore development activities, including customization, module development, integrations, and deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Team Management: Manage a team of Sitecore developers, providing technical mentorship, coaching, and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Sitecore Upgrades and Maintenance: Lead Sitecore version upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities, ensuring system stability, performance optimization, and security.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality assurance processes, including code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities within Sitecore implementations, ensuring optimal website speed, scalability, and user experience.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, content authors, and QA teams to gather requirements, clarify technical needs, and provide regular project updates.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, architectural diagrams, and coding standards. Foster knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of Sitecore updates, industry trends, and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvement, tooling enhancements, and optimization of development workflows.

To qualify, you must have:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications, such as Sitecore Certified Developer, are highly desirable.
• 9-13 years of experience in web development, with a focus on Sitecore CMS.
• Proven experience in leading Sitecore implementations, including architecture design, customization, and integrations.
• Strong proficiency in Sitecore XP, Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA), and Sitecore Helix principles.
• Proficient in C#/.NET development, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript frameworks, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with Sitecore Personalization, Marketing Automation, and Analytics modules.
• Familiarity with modern web development practices and frameworks, such as React or Angular.
• Strong understanding of web standards, usability, and accessibility principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile development environment.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
