Job Description

We are seeking a Lead - National Development to drive our clients Emiratisation initiatives and ensure the successful attraction, development, and retention of UAE National talent. You will oversee Graduate Trainee and other UAE National programmes, working closely with business leaders, HR teams, and external partners to achieve strategic nationalisation goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and enhance Graduate Trainee and UAE National development programmes.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives to support career growth.
Monitor progress, conduct reviews, and implement improvements to ensure programme effectiveness.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to UAE Nationals.
Partner with recruitment to ensure quality intake into Emiratisation programmes.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align development plans with business needs.
Track, analyse, and report on Emiratisation progress and KPIs.
Represent the company at career fairs and networking events to attract UAE talent.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (postgraduate preferred).
4-6 years' experience in HR, talent development, or nationalisation, with supervisory exposure.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to influence, solve problems, and make sound decisions.
Experience managing training programmes and stakeholder relationships.
This role is part of the UAE government Emiratisation initiative and requires a UAE family book.
