Position: Lead Drone Pilot & Operations Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi & Dubai, UAE
Department: Drone Operations - Oil & Gas
NexaXpert is hiring a Lead Drone Pilot & Operations Manager for an Oil & Gas client in Abu Dhabi.
Requirement:
? 5+ years of drone operations experience in Oil & Gas
? 1,000+ documented drone flight hours (including BVLOS)
? Valid GCAA RPAS license or UAE-recognized equivalent
? Expertise in Pix4D, DJI Terra, DroneDeploy, Agisoft Metashape
? Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas safety and inspection standards
? Excellent leadership and project management skills
? Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
? Based in UAE, with flexibility to travel between Abu Dhabi, Dubai & field sites
