Your role
In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will guide the team functionally and work closely with offshore team acting as a communication medium between the client and offshore. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required

• Oracle Manufacturing implementation experience
• Primarily responsible for providing solutions on the Oracle Manufacturing for customer\'s requirements
• Ability to lead a team
• Deep Knowledge of Manufacturing modules - Oracle Inventory, Bills of Materials, Work in Process and Costing modules

Preferred

• Knowledge on Best Practices followed in Global Manufacturing Industries, able to give solutions/suggestions to the client
• Strong client communication and collaboration skills.
• Has strong team skills and can work in complex large corporations.
• Can work independently while sustaining stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Oracle certifications in the Manufacturing modules
• Experience in implementation, enhancement projects
• Knowledge of Project Management tools and methodologies
