Title:Lead Construction Engineer - Offshore Rotation 6 weeks on/ 3 weeks off - Das Island

KBR is urgently seeking to hire a PMC Lead Construction Engineer - Offshore Rotation role ( 6 weeks on/ 3 weeks off) to be based in Das Island. Candidate must have 18 + years of experience in working in Oil and Gas industry. Experience as a Lead Construction Engineer minimum 5+ years Must hold an Engineering Degree in any Mechanical/ Electrical/Instrumentation discipline. Extensive experience in brownfield modification works, in Lead position. Familiar with HSE requirements for construction activities, with focus on SIMOPS operations with Production, Permit to Work Systems and relevant prerequisites (activity preparation, Method Statement review and approval, Risk Assessments, construction equipment adequacy, etc.). Capable to drive constructability review, to define construction plans and resources' loading, and to ensure implementation by the EPC Contractor. Capable to drive the EPC Contractor for the construction activities, ensuring coordination and alignment with Site Stakeholders (HSE, Logistics, Quality and Operations). Experienced in leading a team of multi-discipline construction engineers, to ensure HSE, Quality and Schedule targets are met. The background shall include civil and underground works, as well as plant modifications (Piping, Structural, Electrical and Instrument). Experienced in Shutdown optimization activities (equipment modification, piping tie-ins, E&I tie-ins and interconnection). Capable to analyze construction schedule and progress reports, to define recovery plans, and to ensure implementation by EPC Contractor. Capable to act as single point of accountability at Site for the construction works, with EPC Contractor and Operation. Able to ensure effective communication and reporting for the construction activities, and to identify in advance eventual constrains that may affect the critical path. Experienced in the pre-commissioning activities and monitoring tools (multi-discipline), till Ready for Commissioning. Previous working experience in Offshore Islands would be an advantage.
