The Lead Concept Architect - Residential at Azizi Developments will play a central role in shaping the conceptual design of landmark projects including Riviera, Mina on Palm Jumeirah, Creek Views, Park Avenue, and Azizi Venice. Based in the Design 360 Studio, this position drives innovative residential design strategies, ensures alignment with Azizi's vision, and guides teams in delivering world-class communities. The role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior architects, and presenting visionary concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design phase, developing innovative strategies for residential projects
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to translate requirements into compelling architectural concepts
• Oversee the preparation of drawings, models, and design presentations
• Utilize advanced tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, or equivalent to produce detailed renderings and visualizations
• Ensure designs align with sustainability principles, new technologies, and industry best practices
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure cohesive project development
• Present and defend design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final designs
• Mentor and guide junior architects to elevate design standards across the team
• Stay updated with architectural trends and integrate innovative solutions into Azizi projects

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
• Minimum 12 years of architectural experience, including proven UAE-based project experience
• Strong creative thinking and conceptual design skills, with a track record in residential or mixed-use developments
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, and related visualization software
• Strong understanding of design strategy, sustainability, and international codes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects under tight deadlines
