Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design phase, developing innovative strategies for residential and mixed-use projects
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and translate them into compelling design concepts
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure alignment with design intent
• Oversee preparation of detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials
• Deliver high-quality renderings and visualizations using 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar tools
• Incorporate sustainability principles, environmental practices, and new technologies into design work
• Present design proposals to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final concepts
• Mentor and guide junior architects to foster design quality and creativity across the team
• Stay updated on global design trends and integrate innovative approaches into Azizi's projects

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
• 10-15 years of architectural design experience, ideally with design studios or consultancy firms
• Strong background in conceptual design for large-scale residential, cultural, or mixed-use projects
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, and related visualization software
• Excellent knowledge of building codes, authority requirements, and construction detailing
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality design concepts under tight deadlines
