Position Overview
The Lead Concept Architect at Azizi Developments is responsible for spearheading the conceptual design of iconic projects such as Azizi Venice and Azizi Opera. Based at the Design Studio in Dubai, this role involves transforming visionary ideas into architectural concepts that balance functionality, innovation, and aesthetics. The position requires close collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams, while also mentoring junior architects and ensuring design excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design phase, developing innovative architectural strategies for large-scale projects
• Collaborate with clients to translate project needs into compelling design concepts
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and designers to ensure cohesive project development
• Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, models, and presentations
• Develop high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations using 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar tools
• Incorporate sustainability, environmental practices, and emerging technologies into designs
• Mentor and guide junior architects, fostering a culture of design excellence and creativity
• Present and defend design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and leadership, integrating feedback into final concepts
• Stay abreast of global architectural trends and apply innovative solutions to enhance project value

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
• 10-15 years of experience in conceptual design, preferably with consultant firms or design studios
• Proven portfolio of high-rise, mixed-use, or cultural projects demonstrating design innovation
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, and similar rendering/visualization software
• Strong understanding of building codes, project feasibility, and urban design principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
• Creative leadership with strong problem-solving and mentoring capabilities
