Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced

Chiller Technician cum Driver

to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance on chiller systems, as well as handling transportation tasks related to equipment, tools, or team members.

Key Responsibilities:Technical (Chiller Technician):

Diagnose, repair, and maintain

chillers, HVAC systems, and related components

Perform regular preventive maintenance and inspections Monitor system performance and report abnormalities Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in chiller systems Maintain service records and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards Assist with installation of HVAC systems when required

Driving:

Safely operate company vehicle to transport tools, equipment, or personnel to various job sites Ensure the vehicle is regularly maintained, clean, and roadworthy Follow all traffic laws and company policies related to driving and transportation

Requirements:

Proven experience

as a Chiller Technician (minimum 2-3 years) Knowledge of

HVAC systems, chillers (air- and water-cooled), compressors

, and refrigeration principles

Valid UAE driving license

Good understanding of

electrical and mechanical troubleshooting

Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals Physically fit and willing to work in various site conditions Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or ITI in HVAC, Refrigeration, or related field Experience in FM (Facility Management) industry Familiarity with safety standards and procedures
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Experience:

Chiller Technician: 3 years (Preferred) HVAC systems, chillers (air- and water-cooled), compressors: 3 years (Preferred) electrical and mechanical troubleshooting: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:

* UAE driving license (Required)
