Job Description
Responsible for Managing Local Assets
- Actively participate and assist in delivery of maintenance management systems.
- Assist with the undertaking of asset condition and compliance audits and the effective management of information.
- Assist with the development of asset management plans for all asset classes.
- Assist with valuation of infrastructure and property asset.
- Manages the assets designated as inhouse operated assets according to investment preferences and goals.
- Supervises employees who assist in financial reporting and budgeting.
- Coordinates with property managers, brokers and other third parties.
- Coordinate with Facility Management team.
- Track budget release and funding requests against approved budget.
- Undertake other such duties, and to work on other projects, as appropriate with the level and nature of the role.
- Meets with clients to assess asset status, needs, risks, goals and progress.
- Compiles and presents asset management reports to clients, supervisors and senior executives.
- Assisting the delivery of maintenance management systems.
- Producing data analysis reports using various systems.
- Supporting all technical areas of the program as required.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of sevice standards, service levels and maintenance standards for reactive and proactive works.
- Data updates and maintenance as required to corporate systems.
- Taking reasonable care to ensure their own safety and not placing others at risk by any act or omission.
- Using and caring for equipment, including personal proteive equipment, as instructed.
- Any other tasks as required by the Team Leader Assets Information
- Services.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance
- 7+ years of real estate experience with large mixed-use developers
- Excellent investment management and analytical capabilities; understand end-to-end due diligence and contract processing.
- Prior real estate experience and in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market
- Competence in interpreting technical information and giving direction based on this.
- Knowledge of asset management requirements.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business or Economics
- Masters or MBA preferred
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to lalse, influence, challenge and interact effectively with senior exeoutives
- Demonstrated proactiveness in identifying & managing end to end successful real estate developments
- Ability to coach and develop people skills
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
