Responsibilities:
1. Asset Management
Develop and execute asset strategies to optimize the performance and ROI of the firm's European real estate and hospitality portfolio.
Monitor asset performance, operational KPIs, lease structures, NOI, and yield metrics.
Identify value enhancement opportunities including repositioning, renovation, or disposal.
Coordinate with property managers, leasing teams, and local advisors to ensure effective asset operations and risk mitigation.
2. Valuation & Financial Analysis
Lead valuation models (DCF, income approach, replacement cost, etc.) for diverse asset classes across Europe.
Conduct regular portfolio valuations in accordance with international and RICS standards.
Review third-party valuation reports and challenge assumptions where needed.
Benchmark performance against market trends and advise leadership on valuation shifts.
3. Business Planning & Investment Strategy
Prepare long-term business plans, investment memorandums, and feasibility studies for new deals or existing portfolio assets.
Partner with the CFO to align asset strategies with corporate financial goals.
Support scenario analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
4. Deal Structuring & Materialisation
Evaluate and lead the execution of acquisitions, divestments, and JV opportunities.
Develop deal structures aligned with financial, legal, and tax frameworks across jurisdictions.
Coordinate due diligence, liaise with legal, technical, and financial advisors.
5. Stakeholder Management
Serve as the single point of contact for asset-related matters across internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Development) and external partners (Investors, Operators, Brokers).
Prepare and present board-level reports and investment updates.
Work closely with auditors, valuers, and regulatory bodies across multiple geographies
