Job Description
Position: Lead Architect
Responsibilities:
Lead the design process from concept to delivery. Align design vision with client goals and company strategy. Coordinate with ID, Landscape, Structural, and MEP teams for integrated outcomes. Act as the main client contact during design phases. Oversee deliverables, ensuring quality, innovation, and compliance. Manage design schedules, milestones, and resource planning. Review drawings and documentation for accuracy and constructability. Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and QA/QC procedures. Mentor and guide junior architects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture, 10+ years of experience. Strong regional experience is an advantage. Strong design, presentation, and coordination skills. Proficient in BIM (Revit preferred). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
