About the Role
We're hiring a
Senior Manager - Architecture
to lead concept development and architectural detail design for high-rise projects. You'll manage project lifecycles, coordinate with consultants, ensure integration across disciplines, and drive excellence in design.Key Responsibilities
Develop and present high-rise design concepts
using AutoCAD Translate approved concepts into detailed plans through internal and external teams Review and validate architectural and engineering packages for compliance Solve design problems and evaluate feasibility of building plans Ensure integration with MEP, Structural, and ID disciplinesLead authority approvals (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.)
Oversee external architects, engineers, and internal coordination Conduct site visits and validate architectural executionRequirements
Bachelor's in Architectural Engineering
15+ years
in Architecture, with7+ years
in DxB real estate development/consultancy Experience withPMC/PMO
in a top international firm Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and planning capabilitiesBenefits
