Job Description
Lead Architect - Key Responsibilities:
Design Leadership:
Leading architectural design for projects, ensuring they meet client needs and comply with relevant codes and regulations.
Authority Coordination:
Liaising with local authorities to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and NOCs (No Objection Certificates).
Project Management:
Managing project timelines ensuring projects are delivered on time.
Communication:
Effectively communicating with Clients, stakeholders and authorities to ensure project success.
Documentation:
Preparing and maintaining accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications and correspondence with authorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Architectural Education: A Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
Experience: 7-10 years of experience in Architectural design and project management, with experience in Dubai's regulatory environment.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency AutoCAD, Revit and design software (e.g., 3DS Max, SketchUp, Lumion).
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dubai's building codes, zoning regulations, and authority submission processes.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve design and regulatory issues effectively.
