We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Architect with 10-15 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, overseeing project development from concept to completion, and ensuring the highest standards of design quality, sustainability, and functionality. The Lead Architect will collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver innovative and practical solutions in line with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design and planning for large-scale projects.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Oversee the preparation of design presentations, reports, and specifications.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and design teams.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and sustainability standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into actionable design solutions.
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture.
- 10-15 years of experience in architecture with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- In-depth knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in Dubai or the UAE market is preferred.
