Job Responsibilities: Train the development team on designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications by implementing agile methodologies and best coding practices to ensure high-quality, efficiency, and scalable solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements using structured frameworks and documentation tools to translate them into clear technical specifications. Provide technical leadership by establishing coding standards, conducting code reviews, and enforcing best practices to enhance software quality and maintainability. Handle the development process by overseeing architecture design, optimizing performance, and managing version control to ensure robust and efficient application delivery. Work closely with project managers and business analysts by participating in planning sessions and status meetings to align development activities with project goals and timelines. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies by conducting research and attending training to make informed decisions on technology adoption and process improvements. Mentor and coach team members through hands-on training, peer reviews, and technical workshops to foster professional growth and continuous improvement. Collaborate with IT operations teams by integrating DevOps practices and automated deployment pipelines to ensure seamless application deployment and maintenance. Participate in strategic planning and technical decision-making by providing insights and recommendations on application development initiatives to support business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

5 - 7 years of experience in software development Comprehensive experience across the full software development lifecycle, encompassing requirements analysis, architecture design, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field Master's degree is an advantage
