Overview of the role As the Senior Leadership Management Trainer the primary purpose of the role is to develop and deliver comprehensive leadership development programs to senior leaders within the organization. The role will be responsible for designing and implementing leadership training initiatives that align with Al Futtaim?s strategic goals and objectives, and empower leaders to drive high performance, foster a positive work culture, and achieve results.
What you will do
  • Design and deliver leadership training programs that focus on developing leadership skills, competencies, and behaviours for senior leaders.
  • Create and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars that incorporate adult learning principles and best practices.
  • Develop and update leadership training content, materials, and resources to ensure they are current, relevant, and effective.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external partners to identify leadership development needs, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of leadership training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide individual coaching and feedback to senior leaders to support their professional growth and development.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, research, and best practices in leadership development, and incorporate them into training programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other HR and talent management functions to ensure alignment and integration of leadership development initiatives with other talent management programs.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of leadership training programs.
  • Provide support and guidance to other trainers or facilitators in delivering leadership training programs, as needed.

What equips you for the role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in leadership development, training, or related roles, with a focus on senior leaders.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership training programs that align with business objectives and drive performance.
  • Strong knowledge of leadership theories, models, and best practices, with the ability to apply them to real-world scenarios.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, with a collaborative and consultative approach.
  • Professional certifications in leadership development, training, or related fields (e.g.,ATD,CIPD.) are preferred.
