Title: LCV APS: Principal GS Site Manager (Contingency Hire) Please note: Positions are located in multiple locations (Kuwait, Germany, Japan, & USA \xe2\x80\x93 Charleston, SC) and are contingent upon award of the project. Under limited and occasional supervision from the APS Task Order Manager, independently responsible for the daily activities and contract compliance of a large sized project located on site in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company. Locations are often on a military or government post, base, facility or grounds and may include additional project sites located in close proximity with subordinate Site Managers. Supervises and directs the daily efforts of the technical and administrative sides of a project including reports, staffing, personnel management, etc. to ensure contract compliance. Responsibilities may include but not limited to transitional activities, vendor management, client relations, project setup, contract changes, etc. Typical requirements include an undergraduate degree in an appropriate discipline and 12 years of experience in operational management of government sponsored programs and may require security clearance. Additional relevant experience may substitute for required education and prior military experience may be preferred. Should project/contract differences occur, the project requirements will prevail. Additional Information: Under general direction, responsible for the daily operations of an individual project in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company. Capable of running an entire project of $7 to $15 million or bid packages on a larger project. Supervises and directs the daily efforts of the technical and administrative sides of a project. Responsibilities include project setup and subcontracting strategy, shop drawing review and processing, contract changes, owner/architect/engineer daily relations, subcontractor relations, and all required owner and in-house reporting. Typical requirements include an undergraduate degree in appropriate discipline and 8-12 years of experience. Project Specific : Overall responsibility for troop services and camp maintenance with direct oversight of all LOGCAP services. Work closely with Operations Manager, Site Manager, Facilities Supervisor, Logistics Supervisor, and other site leadership to ensure facilities and services function to standards and codes required by the Project Contract. Communicates and works closely with Task Order Leadership and Functional Area Managers to ensure consistent response to issues, changes in personnel and operational needs. A strong background in project scheduling and customer coordination in support of base construction is necessary. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Responsible for all services, operations, and maintenance for the base camp.
• Attends meetings with the Task Order Manager to monitor all aspects of the various projects.
• Reviews and makes recommendations concerning shop drawings.
• Prior experience with managing 200-500 employees.
• Prior experience managing dispersed operations across multiple locations
• Construction or facility maintenance background.
• Must be able to get a Secret Clearance

• Must be fluent in English
• Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 15 months of remaining validity AND with at least 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining
• Must possess current Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License with at least 6 months of remaining validity as well as current International Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License
