Lawyer / Legal Consultant
to provide professional legal consultation services to our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on corporate, commercial, labor, and contract law matters.
Draft, review, and interpret legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Assist clients with compliance to Qatari laws, regulations, and business practices.
Represent clients in legal negotiations, consultations, and official communications when required.
Conduct legal research to stay updated with the latest laws, regulations, and judicial precedents in Qatar.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in legal consultancy, preferably in Qatar or GCC.
Must be well-versed in
Arabic
(written & spoken).
Knowledge of
Hindi or Malayalam
is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of Qatari business laws, labor law, and corporate legal practices.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with multicultural clients and handle complex legal queries.
