Job Summary:
We are seeking a
licensed Lawyer
to provide expert legal advice, draft contracts, and represent clients in UAE courts. The ideal candidate has strong litigation, corporate, and commercial experience within the UAE legal system.Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in UAE courts and legal proceedings Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, civil, and regulatory matters Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies Assist with company formation, licensing, and compliance Liaise with government authorities and regulators
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) Licensed to practice law in the UAE (court representation required) Minimum
3-5 years UAE legal experience
(corporate or litigation) Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills In-depth knowledge of UAE civil, commercial, and corporate lawJob Type: Full-time
