Job Description

A leading Company in The Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ a Lawyer for its group of companies : Draft legal claims, notices, letters, statements, and any other related documents in both Arabic and English. Coordinates all cases with Manager, Legal Affairs related to Partners & Divisions. Reviews & follows up all cases filed by & against through the Prosecution Court, Executive Court and records all hearings dates with decisions systematically. Follows up major Courts cases with Police Stations, General Prosecution, Ministry of Industry & Commerce, Ministry of Labor & LMRA. Maintains all the case files with brief summary on each of the files, listing the case numbers, dates, hearing, Court decisions for ready reference. To perform all other related jobs as assigned by the Directors, & Manager, Legal Affairs. Prepare Reports as needed for the Management. Requirements: Law degree from an accredited university Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing lawyer in Bahrain Proficient in Arabic, both in writing and speaking Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team, processing and prioritizing tasks efficiently Must have a valid Lawyer License Please send your resume/CV
