Location: Dubai & Sharjah, UAE

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (UAE-based)

We are seeking an experienced Rental Dispute Lawyer to handle landlord disputes and represent him in the Rental Dispute Settlement Centres and relevant courts in Dubai and Sharjah.

The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of UAE rental laws, hands-on litigation experience, and the ability to manage cases independently from filing to judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle rental and tenancy disputes for residential, commercial, and industrial properties Represent landlord in Dubai Rental Dispute Center (RDC) and Sharjah Rental Committees/Courts Draft and review legal notices, pleadings, memorandums, and settlement agreements Provide legal advice on lease agreements, eviction cases, rent increase disputes, and contract breaches Coordinate with clients, court officials, and government entities Monitor case progress and ensure compliance with legal deadlines Negotiate settlements where appropriate to resolve disputes efficiently
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in rental and tenancy disputes Strong knowledge of Dubai and Sharjah rental laws and procedures Experience appearing in RDC and local courts Excellent drafting skills in Arabic (English is a plus) Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases Strong communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Licensed to practice law in the UAE Experience handling commercial and industrial lease disputes Familiarity with Ejari, Tawtheeq, and Sharjah tenancy registration systems
