We are seeking an experienced and reliable Freelance Lawyer to handle legal cases and provide representation in courts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE laws, excellent litigation skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in civil, criminal, or other legal proceedings in court. Draft, review, and file legal documents, petitions, and motions. Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to clients regarding their cases. Liaise with courts, government authorities, and other legal professionals. Monitor case progress and keep clients updated regularly. Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all legal matters.
Requirements:
Licensed and registered lawyer in UAE.Preferred:
Experience handling multiple cases for individual or corporate clients. Familiarity with Dubai Court online portal and legal procedures. Proven experience in court representation and litigation. Strong knowledge of UAE civil and criminal laws. Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Ability to work independently and manage cases remotely. Flexible and available for court hearings as required.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
