Position Overview:

We are seeking a Lawyer with minimum 2 years of proven experience practicing in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of UAE laws, regulations, and procedures, and the ability to deliver accurate legal guidance to both corporate and individual clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and guidance on UAE civil, commercial, and corporate laws. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Represent clients before UAE courts and government authorities when required. Research and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations affecting the business and clients. Ensure compliance with local legal requirements across all business operations. Liaise with government departments, freezones, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience practicing law in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE legislation, court procedures, and government processes. Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. Licensed to practice law in the UAE (advantage if registered with local courts). Excellent communication and drafting skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases with precision.
Preferred:
