Job Summary: A Lawyer is responsible for providing legal advice and representation to individuals, businesses, or government agencies on legal issues and disputes. The role involves interpreting laws, regulations, and rulings, preparing legal documents, and advocating on behalf of clients in court or negotiations. Key Responsibilities: o Provide legal counsel and guidance on a wide range of issues. o Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitration, or mediation. o Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. o Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client needs. o Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations to determine implications for individuals and businesses. o Manage case files and ensure timely preparation of legal documents. o Advise clients on their legal rights, obligations, and risks. o Collaborate with legal teams, external counsel, and other stakeholders.



Requirements

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) o Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. o Proven experience as a practicing attorney (corporate, criminal, civil, etc.). o Strong knowledge of legal procedures, court system, and applicable laws. o Excellent research, writing, and communication skills. o Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in high-pressure environments.
