Our client is looking to hire a \xef\xbb\xbfhighly qualified Lawyer to oversee the legal aspects of their business. * Contractual work (contracts of lease, supply, contracting, construction, services, maintenance contracts, etc.), participation in negotiations.
Higher legal education in the Russian Federation (with confirmation).
Professional development courses. * Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE in Restaurants business

Our client is looking to hire a \xef\xbb\xbfhighly qualified Lawyer to oversee the legal aspects of their business. * Contractual work (contracts of lease, supply, contracting, construction, services, maintenance contracts, etc.), participation in negotiations.
- Supporting employees in obtaining work permits, their placement.
- Supervising UAE labor law issues.
- Drafting shareholder, corporate, and investment agreements.
- Drafting of standard documents for a group of companies in UAE.
- Obtaining licenses, and approvals necessary for the operation of restaurants in the UAE.
- Corporate work on companies (registration of companies, changes, etc.).
- Supervision of the restaurant opening project (full cycle: lease agreement, construction, operation).
- Taxation issues of a group of companies in Dubai, copyright, etc.
- Corporate structuring issues, development of corporate operating structures of companies in UAE.
- Legal work out of new areas of the company\'s business.
- Preparation of legal opinions.
- Litigation and claims work (including labour disputes).
- Other issues within the lawyers competence.
Higher legal education in the Russian Federation (with confirmation).
Professional development courses. * Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE in Restaurants business
- Competencies that a specialist must possess are responsibility, commitment, independence, a flexible mind, and the ability to quickly solve problems and work in a multitasking mode.
- Fluent English and Russian.
- Experience in communicating with the company\'s top executives.
- Work with bilingual contracts, documents in English and Russian.
