Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience and a strong background in drafting international distribution and agency contracts.
Requirements:
5+ years PQE in commercial or corporate law.
Proven expertise in distribution and agency contracts.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions.
