Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with hotels, airlines, suppliers, and clients.
Ensure all company activities comply with local, international, and tourism-related regulations.
Provide legal advice to senior management on operational, commercial, and corporate matters.
Handle and resolve legal disputes, claims, and litigation cases as needed.
Liaise with governmental bodies to obtain and renew necessary licenses and legal permits.
Manage insurance files and legal liabilities related to tours and travel programs.
Prepare legal memorandums, reports, and updates on new legislation affecting the tourism sector.
Support HR, Procurement, and Business Development departments with contract and labor law matters.
Negotiate and draft agreements in English and French with international partners.
Maintain confidentiality and protect the company's legal and business information.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university.
Minimum 10 years of professional legal experience, including at least 5 years in the tourism or travel industry.
Excellent command of English and French (spoken and written).
Strong knowledge of Egyptian commercial, tourism, and labor laws.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
