Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated
Laundry Manager
to join our team inQatar
. The ideal candidate must have aminimum of 5 years of experience in the GCC
, with strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of laundry operations.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily laundry operations to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of laundry staff Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of all laundry equipment and machinery Maintain hygiene and safety standards across the laundry facility Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, uniforms, and chemicals Coordinate with other departments (e.g. housekeeping, hospitality) for laundry service requirements Prepare reports and records related to laundry operations and staff performance Resolve customer and client complaints promptly and professionally Monitor costs and implement efficiency improvements without compromising service quality Ensure timely handling of large-volume laundry in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the GCC
, preferably in Qatar Must have avalid QID
and be able to provideNOC
Must be currently residing in Qatar and available to join immediately
Strong knowledge of commercial laundry operations and equipment Proven leadership and team management skills Good communication and organizational abilities Ability to handle high workloads and meet deadlines under pressureWhat We Offer:
