Job Summary:
Confident Laundry LLC, established in 2017 with branches in Motor City, Jumeira 3, and Al Quoz, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Laundry Kiosk Staff to join our team at the Motor City branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers at the laundry kiosk. Manage order intake, billing, and cash/card transactions. Coordinate with the operations team for pickup and delivery schedules. Maintain cleanliness and a professional kiosk environment. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience or freshers are welcome to apply. Basic English communication skills. Well-presented, reliable, and customer-oriented. Ability to handle work independently and responsibly. Preferred Nationalities: Philippines, Nepal, and African countries.
