Role Description
This is a full-time role for a General Manager, located on-site in Dubai. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the laundry business, ensuring smooth functioning, maintaining high standards of service, managing staff, and optimizing business performance. Responsibilities include setting operational goals, ensuring compliance with company policies, managing budgets, and driving customer satisfaction to foster growth.
Qualifications
Leadership and Team Management skills to effectively supervise and motivate staff. Excellent Operational and Organizational skills to manage daily workflows with efficiency. Financial Management and Budgeting experience to monitor expenses and ensure profitability. Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to interact with clients and employees. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities to address challenges and make sound business decisions. Experience in the laundry or hospitality industry is advantageous. Proficiency in business software and tools for operations management. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
