We are hiring urgently for an attentive and hardworking Laundry Assistant to support the functions of our Laundry Lounge based in https://www.laundrylounge.ae/
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
Assist Customers with the process of operating self service Laundry and respond to their queries.
Process laundry within the timeframes by Washing, Drying, Folding and Ironing for our regular customers/ Clients
To communicate effectively with the team
Respond to phone enquires
Ensure working area is kept clean and organized
Provide good customer service at all times
Update and maintain excel sheet and shop accounts
Requirements of the job:
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a shift based system
Previous experience working in a Laundry
Proven customer service experience
Ironing and Dry cleaning experience
Good Communication skills
Tech Savy
