Job Brief: The CNC Milling and Lathe Machinist will be required to 3 & 4 axis CNC machining center and CNC lathe machines
.
Position Summary Laser Company for Metal Industries Ltd. is looking for full-time CNC Milling and Lathe machinist to work in our 5000M2 manufacturing facility in the Second Industrial Area in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Essential Responsibilities
Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.

Must be able to read & understand dimensioned drawings and program machine to produce the parts accordingly.

Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications.

Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts.

Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.

Must have CNC programming and set up experience and understand tooling.

Perform preventative maintenance on machine and report abnormalities.

Adhere to all safety protocols and keep a safe and clean work area.

Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM

Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
Vocational Certificate and 5 Years’ experience in CNC Milling and Lathe Machining and Programming.

Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools

Mechanical aptitude and good math skills

A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach

Must be able to work overtime and weekends during busy season when required

Good communication abilities

Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools

Manual Milling experience is a plus to help when other staff are away on vacation


Physical/Work Environments
Worker will be working in a production shop setting.

Worker must be able to lift 15KG parts.

Worker must be able to stand throughout duration of their shift.

Monthly Salary: 2500-3500 Saudi Riyal based on experience.
