Job Title: Laser & Beauty Therapist
Reports To: Specialist Dermatologist / Clinic Manager
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Job Summary:
The Laser & Beauty Therapist is a key member of our aesthetic team, responsible for performing a range of laser and beauty treatments under the supervision of a dermatologist. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical understanding, technical proficiency with devices, and a passion for delivering excellent patient service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Treatment Delivery: Perform laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, tattoo removal, and treatments for pigmentation and vascular lesions as per prescribed protocols.
• Skin Therapies: Conduct advanced facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other non-invasive skin treatments.
• Patient Management: Conduct pre-treatment consultations, perform skin analysis, and provide clear post-treatment care instructions.
• Device Operation & Maintenance: Operate various laser and aesthetic devices safely and effectively. Perform daily calibration and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Safety Protocols: Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for patients and staff.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of treatments performed, parameters used, and patient responses.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Certification or Diploma in Laser Technology, Aesthetics, or a related field.
• Proven clinical experience as a Laser Therapist in a reputable clinic or medical spa.
• In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, laser physics, and light-based technologies.
• Ability to assess skin types and conditions to recommend appropriate treatments.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, empathetic demeanor.
