We Shaheen Al Karama Trading LLC are seeking a skilled Laptop Technician with expertise in both MacBook and PC chip-level repairing. Set up and install new hardware and software systems on PC and MacBook . 2. Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality. 3. Maintain hardware and software through regular maintenance and updates. 4. Perform chip-level repairing, replacement, and re-programming of bios chips with
extreme care and expertise 5. Upgrade firmware, software, and outdated hardware systems for optimal
performance. 6. Provide technical support to users, addressing and resolving technical errors promptly. Requirements:

- Proven experience in chip-level repairing for both MacBook and PC laptops.
- Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Knowledge of firmware and software upgrades for improved functionality.
- Strong technical support skills with the ability to resolve user issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Added Advantage : Knowledge and expertise in Networking and Security System.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Diploma (Required)
- Laptop Technician: 2 years (Required)
- English (Preferred)
