Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Analyze drawings, specifications, and related documents to prepare detailed cost estimates. Quantify and take off materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor requirements. Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes for pricing accuracy. Prepare and submit professional bid proposals and tender documents. Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client walkthroughs. Coordinate with project managers, designers, and field supervisors to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain a database of historical cost data and pricing resources. Monitor market trends in materials and labor to adjust pricing strategies accordingly. Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and environmental considerations. Assist in value engineering and alternative solutions to meet budget constraints.
Qualifications:
B.E in Civil or BSc Quantity Survey from reputed institute. Must be having Experience in Candy & AutoCAD. 5 to 6 years of experience in landscaping industry.
