Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping operations at project sites
Allocate tasks to gardeners, laborers, and machine operators
Ensure planting, irrigation, pruning, and maintenance works are carried out as per specifications
Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with approved drawings and client requirements
Manage site materials, tools, and equipment; ensure proper usage and return
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients for site requirements and progress updates
Maintain attendance records, productivity reports, and daily site logs
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
Identify and report site issues, delays, or material shortages
Train and guide workers on proper landscaping techniques and safe practices
Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or certification in Landscaping, Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in landscape Garden setup.
Good knowledge of plants, soil, irrigation systems, and landscaping materials
Ability to read landscaping drawings and work schedules
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
Must be on your own visa.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
