with atleast 3-5 years of UAE Experience with immediate joining.
Supervise daily landscape work on site including planting, turfing, soil preparation, irrigation installation, and hardscape tasks.
Ensure all activities follow approved drawings and site instructions.
Allocate tasks to workers and monitor productivity throughout the day.
Maintain discipline and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
Oversee planting of trees, shrubs, flowers, and groundcovers according to specifications.
Ensure proper soil preparation, mixing, and leveling.
Supervise lawn installation (natural turf or artificial grass).
Check plant health and report any issues (pests, poor growth, disease).
Ensure workers follow safety rules (PPE, tools usage, machinery handling).
Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to the site engineer.
Follow company HSE standards and local authority regulations.
Coordinate with the Landscape Engineer / Site Engineer regarding daily tasks and work progress.
Communicate any site issues, delays, or material shortages.
Attend toolbox meetings and site coordination meetings when required.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
